1.  Ch.5 - Problem 13.  To solve this problem use that curl H=0 inside and outside the sphere. Then H can be derived from a scalar potential
     in the same way as an E field. Find the boundary conditions for this scalar magnetic potential and use it to solve the problem using separation of
      variables.
