3.  Using the technique of separation of variables  obtain the potential inside a grounded hollow sphere of radius b with a concentric ring  of
      radius a (a<b) and total charge Q.

      Note: this problem is solved in Jackson (page 123; Fig.3.11) using the Green function. Solve it using separation of variables just as we did in class for
                the case of a charged ring in empty space.
